Safepay Does Not Work With Nn.nl

I have problem with the site of nn.nl

When I go with my mouse to: Mijn transactie

Then a submenu comes forward to choose from

Then I go down with my mouse to select: Overboeken

The problem is then when I go down with the mouse the submenu disappears so I can not choose this item.

As long as this problem is not solved I can not use Safepay for this site.

What is the solution?

Hello,

I can't find Mijn transactie on the site so I am assuming this menu comes up after logging to your bank account.

Since I can't replicate the situation on my end due to not having the credentials please let me know if the situation persists with the latest build number 18.17.0.1127. A Windows restart is necessary to apply the changes brought by this new build.

You can check it by right clicking on the Bitdefender icon from system tray, near Windows clock. In the menu choose About. Look at the number under Product Information to see the current iteration.
