Bitdefender Security Service Encountered A Critical Error

Just recently, probably two weeks ago, I started receiving Bitdefender's "critical error" messages.


I think it started happening after a recent huge Windows 8 update.


I'm using Sandboxie with my Firefox browser. Sandboxie has not changed/has not been updated since June 2014.


The Bitdefender problems always occur when I start using sandboxed Firefox.


Without Sandboxie, my Bitdefender Internet Security 2015 has no issues, but as said, I had no problems 4, 3, or 2 months ago while using sandboxed Firefox.


Every 20 minutes, I get a message from my Windows 8 that my Antivirus, Antispyware, Firewall is turned off. Next, I get Bitdefender's message about a critical error.


After submitting the crash report and restarting Bitdefender, problems disappear for 20 minutes.


Also, when I close sandboxed Firefox, the same issue pops up.


Sometimes, Bitdefender's icon in the taskbar becomes grey; therefore, I need to restart the computer in order to get Bitdefender working again.
