Application.generic & Trojan.scriptkd Removal Help.

Please see the location of files in your log and remove them manually.

I followed the address to get into the files but it states that the folders are empty.

Bitdefender has moved these four items into Quarantine. Could this be the issue?

Terribly sorry. I misread your initial request.

Is there anything stopping you from removing them from the quarantine?

You should be able to reach it by clicking Settings on the main window, selecting Antivirus in the Settings Overview and clicking on Quarantine.

No there wasn't. I restored the quarantined items and was successfully able to delete the infected folders / files.

I am currently running another full scan of my system to see if they pop up again.

Edit: I am having issues locating the file below.

The file " C:\Windows.old\$Recycle.Bin\S-1-5-21-1288687121-4084833938-423042138-1000\$RPIK8QI\enterprise\WOAT_v3.2\WOAT_v3.2.exe=>(RAR Sfx o)=>[Comment]"

Windows states it cannot find the selected file.

Also, when going into "C:\Windows.old\$Recycle.bin", there are no files in the folder.

I apologize for the double post

After running a system scan Bitdefender has found the same issues but now are contained in my C:\Windows.old\$Recycle.bin

Here is the new log.

Upon going into Folder Options and unchecking the box labeled "Hide Protected operating system files" and going back into $Recycle.bin I was able to see files inside the folder.

Unfortunately I was unable to find the folder files for these new items.
