An Url Displayed By Safepay Is Repeatedly Displayed After Closed

Explorator Google Chrome : I have loaded the url from tweeter.com by a short address:

First, the access tries to display a publicity then ADBlock proposes to jump and I reached an article (referenced in the title), later I closed the tab.

Without asking it it have launched again but by chance it have been directed to "safepay", I have closed it.

Since this, repeatedly, each 10 minutes, it is displayed again and I must close it each time.

The url appears into chrome historical. If deleted it appears again with the last date of display.

This url exists since yesterday, I read it a few hours after it had been created.

I have not found any solution. The "content" of url (full or by parts) could not be found anywhere.

Anyway it seems to be redirected but I don't know how to forbid redirection into safepay. May be it should be possible to identify the true origin of the automatic repetition of the url call.

I replies directly to my topic because it has been solved. Nevertheless the solution remains interesting and there is the reason why to cancel it is not a good solution.May to migrate the forum, my remark leads to a functionality problem.

The url contains a publicity which loads popups with a timer. This popup has a content which is trapped by safepay. Then, after opening of the url in your main Chrome window, you will get a time later the Safepay opened on the same url. If you agree the popup will be displayed. If you close it, a new try to open the the popup will be launched again some minutes later.

The reason why I met this phenomenon was that I had opened accidentally two tabs into two different windows with the concerned url. One was remaining opened. After closing the duplicate and last tab the problem disappeared naturally.

The question is how to understand that the safepay launch comes from a call of a popup indide of the displayed url and not from a first display of the url ?

I get the same problem with the amazon site. Each time you use a link, even into the same page, you generate the opening of safepay. The suitable behavior should be that, on such sites, only the page for payment or the basket display should generate the opening of Safepay. For Amazon, on which I have a current account, I defined it as an exception. If not it is completely impossible to navigate into this type of sites. So, the purpose of safepay is practically missing because everybody is led to define an exception to be able to prepare purchases.
