Safepay Screen Resolution

Using Windows 8 on my Lenovo laptop, the screen resolution is set fine for all my applications, including Bitdefender (2015 Internet Security). However when I open Safepay it switched to a really small resolution making it extremely hard to view the data. Have tried Control + but make s no difference. Advice please.

Does your Lenovo by chance have a numeric keypad? If so, try this: http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?s=&...st&p=222165

Otherwise, do you have a USB numeric keypad, which may work (haven't had any feedback on that one yet, as far as I know).

Sadly Scott I don't have a numerical key pad not USB key pad. Other apps just require the Control + for resolution changes.

Ctrl/+ should work, just click inside the browser page and then Ctrl/+.

Are you referring to the Safepay user interface, by any chance? (not to be confused with web content, but the program buttons, texts etc.)
