Phishing Website Or Not?

Recently I found a website www.bitdefender-cn.com, which claims to be the "Official website of Bitdefender in China"

However, it is said that the softwares provided by this website does not have the digital signature of Bitdefender. I hope to know that whether this website is a phishing website or not?

Bitdfender Search Advisor has it marked as a safe site so I guess it is OK.
