Bitdefender Lab Work

I'm from Russia, but many people know me here, I have been using the products BitDefender, I like the protection from the Romanian developers, but why is it so bad their laboratory? I constantly send on the analysis of malicious files and where are the results?

I can't look those up right now, but I'd like to point out, from the VirusTotal reports, that

- the 6bdc file has detections that sound more like "better safe than sorry"

- the 889d file is detected as a PUA so blocking is discretionary

When sample submissions reach the labs, they don't usually come tagged with source information.

Inbound flow trough sample submissions is not significant enough for sample distribution statistics to be useful, so source information is normally retained by support for replies.

You should, however, keep individual submissions to a small size, as fewer large batches take more time to handle than multiple smaller ones (load distribution and all).
