Cant Have A License Key By Redeem Code

Dear sir


i buy more than 1 internet security 2014 it came with a card inside the box of it and it have a redeem code when i want to register it with this link u type on card(http://www.bitdefender.com/media/html/bundles/#tplink) the bage return and give me this (This is not a valid redeem code. Go back and try again.


A valid redeem code is a 10 character code) the redeem code is correct and 10 character but i dont know why its refuse it .so please can u help me in this problem .

    please don't post the code on the forum to answer my question/suggestion. Does it contain any characters that look like they could be zeros or the letter O? If so, try the opposite of what you have been entering. I've never come across a redeem code. Only printed labels inside DVD cases.


    If it consistently fails, ask TP-Link for a replacement promo code

    i don't know how to ask tp-link there's nothing in its forum indicate to bitdefender?

    then find a support email address or contact form for TP-Link the company (on their website not user forum) from which you got the bundled software with one of their products.

  • no luck with tp link ..they didn't reply to my massage :(
