Can't Use Email Hyperlink Anymore

I installed Bitdefender today and found that I can no longer use hyperlinks that I get in Outlook emails. Is there a setting that I need to change?

Are you talking about Outlook.com web mail or Outlook Express? I use Outlook.com and all the hyperlinks in it work fine. It would also help to know which OS you are using.
