Critical System Driver Is Missing

Windows 7 personal edition, 32 bit

Toshiba Satellite, L505-S6946 (Laptop)

Immediately after installing Bitdefender Total Security 2015, Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause.

Status 0xc0000098

Windows failed to load because a critical system driver is missing or corrupt.

Edit: Safe mode does not work. I get the same error: Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause.

Please advise how to repair this situation.

This sounds like the need for more than can be done here on the forum, as far as the members here abilities (at least mine) as Tech support here can be very hit and miss at times, almost non existent. I would suggest you use one of the options below, to contact support directly.
