Bitdefender Antivirus Scanner Hangs
I've just installed Bitdefender IS 2015, I didn't have any antiviruses before, except for the built-in microsoft defender. I wanted to create "a new custom scan" but everytime I click it a window appears and the 2 windows get hung up and windows task manager cannot terminate the antivirus scanner process saying permission denied, fortunately I have Process hacker which successfully terminated the process. But it's really disappointing, I installed the app, cuz I thought it was the best antivirus, but now I'm reaaaally disappointed. Any ideas regarding the issue?
P.S.: Windows 8.1(x64), 4gb ram, intel core 2 quad q8200 2.33Ghz.
