I have recently bought a 6 month license but yesterday my win 8.1 disappeared so that I'm not able to enter it although I still have access to win drive and files. I therefore have to install a fresh operating system. So how can I backup my license?

Hello Iahoo,
If you open your "My Bitdefender", click next to your email address at the top and choose "My Subscriptions" your license code will be there. After re-installing your BD antivirus just enter it again.
