Renewal
today I found that £53.95 had been taken from my Paypal via Avangate for next years subscription only trouble was I had already purchased a subscription and entered the key and thought I was covered for another year so my question are why would I pay for two subscriptions and why did nobody notice this also I did not receive any notice that Avangate where going to take this payment along the fact where does that sum of £ 53.95 come from as when I first bought Total security in 2013only cost me £19 99 and last years renewal only cost £19.99 and on your own web site I can not see any figure close to the £53 I have contacted you for a refund by phone and email only to be told to wait at least 48 hours for a reply .
Somebody should have seen that I had already renewed and at least sent a email as I entered the new key in June I feel now like asking for a refund of both as I have lost all faith in Bitdefender but I shall never use you again . " />

How many days have you before the end of the subscription?

I have still not heard from Bitdefender and now they have stopped my security from working even though I have a valid license for the next year this is now becoming a joke have they never heard of customer service I think |I move to a company which values its customers as this shower have no idea they just take your money and never reply to your emails or just you off when you phone them I think I contact Computer active and see if they can help me as Bitdfender can not be bothered. Sorry to hear you are not getting any response from Bitdefender.
Did you not even get an automated reply from them giving you a ticket number? If you did please post that number on here and hopefully one of the Bitdefender agents/staff will see it and follow it up for you.
