today I found that £53.95 had been taken from my Paypal via Avangate for next years subscription only trouble was I had already purchased a subscription and entered the key and thought I was covered for another year so my question are why would I pay for two subscriptions and why did nobody notice this also I did not receive any notice that Avangate where going to take this payment along the fact where does that sum of £ 53.95 come from as when I first bought Total security in 2013only cost me £19 99 and last years renewal only cost £19.99 and on your own web site I can not see any figure close to the £53 I have contacted you for a refund by phone and email only to be told to wait at least 48 hours for a reply .
Somebody should have seen that I had already renewed and at least sent a email as I entered the new key in June I feel now like asking for a refund of both as I have lost all faith in Bitdefender but I shall never use you again .
