Bitdefender Using Too Much Memory, Help!

Hello guys, i have a problem with bitdefender, its is using too much memory, about 1700 MB, is this normal ????

Bitdefender published an update to fix the memory leak, details here -

Make sure you have updated and have the correct file as described in Georgia's post in the above link.
