Safepay System Error (windows 10 64-bit)

Hi,

I'm currently on Windows 10 Home 64-bit and when I click Safepay in the Bitdefender interface I get a system error saying "The program cannot start because MSVCR100.dll is missing".

When I click OK another system error comes out saying "The program cannot start because MSVCP100.dll is missing". I did a repair of Bitdefender but still it didn't solve the issue.

I am currently using Bitdefender Internet Security 2015 version 19.2.0.142

I opened a ticket for this one. Ticket reference is 2015080905300002.

You could download the missing file from Technet Microsoft address. Just type it in Google and enter T M's blog.

Download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86).

x86 because Safepay (obk.exe) is a 32-bit application.
