Pop-ups/mybitdefender Still There For Paying Customers?

Hi,


I am in the market for a new AV software, last time I checked bitdefender you could not turn of the pop ups and the login reminder for mybitdefender.


I dont care about any of the online features and also not about pop ups.


Just want to make sure those things are gone before I purchase, wouldnt do it otherwise

    Hiya,


    If you are talking about a paid version you need to log into My Bitdefender but once you have done that the only pop up you could get is the once a week one for the Security Report - and you can turn that off from the GUI. Plus occasional pop-ups if something is found.


    If you are looking at the BD Free Antivirus you have to log in to My Bitdefender otherwise it stops updating. Again it is a once only log-in.
