Cpu Usage Issue
Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1 + updates (I'm sure it also applies to any newer version of Windows)
Latest Bitdefender Internet Security 2015 + updates

Q: Why do you need to use TCPView?
A: Because sometimes you need to reset (close) connections, for example, to fix a connection failure or online video stuttering; you usually choose all the connections to close, because to choose them 1 by 1 is really hard, when there are many of those connections opened. You choose them all, click "Close", and BABAM! - your PC hangs, and you need to reboot it.
Hopefully this issue will be fixed.
