After a successful upgrade to TS 2016, the icon in the sys tray turned to gray. I checked trouble shooting and did as it was suggested.

I still can't get it going. Windows Defender is on now, by default.

The bdsyslog is on my wall and I can't drop it on here. It won't let me. All I get is inspect element when I try. I copy but it won't paste.
