Code Pin Problem
Hi !
Today I tried your Bitdefender Mobile Security and when I was tapping my new Code PIN I tap on "Ok" instead of "Erase" because I set a wrong code number and now I can't open any application on my phone.
When I come on my Central account, my Code PIN was the "old" Code PIN not the new one, it didn't works, I don't know what to do and I need this phone today.
I want to remove Bitdefender Mobile Security as soon as possible please.

Hello,
First option is to try to uninstall the app. Just go to the app and choose Account Info and press Uninstall. Second option try a factory reset in order to start fresh. Third option is to send at bms@bitdefender.com the email address you are using and double check if we can recover it for you.
