I purchased BitDefender Internet Security 2016, 3 licenses, 2 years, on 9/23/15. The email I received had a non-functioning link to a download and install from central. The link was not a valid link. Did not even have a top level domain! I opened tickets with Avangate and Bitdefender. After a few days, Avangate responded. They could only resend the original email with the invalid link. Repeated requests to Bitdefender to provide a valid download link and license information have been ignored. Online chat utility never seems to have someone available.
DID I JUST THROW MY MONEY AWAY????????
This appalling level of customer support makes me think the rave reviews for this product were nothing more than plants by the marketing department.
