[same Problem]immediately After Install, Internet Connection Lost & Firewall Turns Off

I exactly same problem with another topic.

I have formatted SSD and installed Windows 10 Pro 64bit.

And then, I installed Bitdefender Total Security 2016. I haven't installed any anti virus software before.

It was OK, no problem before install Bitdefender 2016,

but right after install Bitdefender 2016, I can not connect to any web site or Internet connection.

I want to know solution about this problem.

This is my PC spec.

AMD FX8350

ASUS Sabertooth 990FX

ASUS Xonar U7

Sapphire R290 CrossFire

I have the same problem. Installed latest version of BD 2016 right after renewing license. After a reboot on both of my machine there is no internet connection.

All services are not active. Action Center says that AV and Firewall are turned off..

Please fix the problem or I want a full refund of my purchase..

I have indicated this issue while the BETA test was running, no response by the development team. Unfortunately this issue forced me to remove this AV.
