Cannot Download & Install On Os X El Capitan 10.11

Hello,

I have clean installed OS X El Capitan 10.11 for my macbook. However, I can't Download & Install Bitdefender for MAC. I re-downloaded the online installer from my Bitdefender Central's account but it does not resolved this issue. Specially, after install (using the online installer download from my central account), a window appears requiring me login but I can't login as well as it does not download the full installer (I run it hours & try many times, see the pictures). Please help me install Bitdefender for OS X El Capitan. I also open a ticket with number 2015100202510001, but I get a late respond.

Hi there, exactly the same problem for me, brand new MacBook Pro 15" retina, after initiating the install I'm asked to login and cannot so the software does not install!!

HELP BitDefender please!!!
