Bitdender Not Responding

I recently upgraded to Antivirus Plus 2016 and frequently see the Bitdefender icon greyed-out with this message.


To get it started again, I have to open Services and start Bitdefender Virus Shield to get it running again. I have to do this multiple times per day and on 3 different PCs. All running Win 10


I used the support tool to report this issue so hopefully something is done about it otherwise when my subscription runs out I'll have to look for a more stable option
