Bitdefender Firewall
Last night I had my computer set up on a monitoring station and a hacker was able to access it remotely (remote desktop is not active) with all the settings on high and aggressive. There are absolutely no traces of malware or any sort of virus. They were able to see the desktop, speak through the speakers, blackout the screen, and halt the computer. Windows Firewall was active and on high as well.
Does your product not protect the consumer? Or are you lying in your advertisements?

You should not be running two firewalls, doing so will reduce the efficiency of either one. Maybe the cause of your problem?

What documentation did you get this from that refers to Bitdefender?0 -
The fact you are on the Bitdefender forums, one of your previous mentions BD TS and you say you are also using Windows firewall.
