Add Key To Bitdefender Central

I upgraded Antivirus 2015 to 2016. I still had 200 days left but when I logged in AV 2016 it said I do not have a subscription.
I tried to add the key to bitdefender central and it says i already have a subscription to an inferior or superior product. I do but this subscription already has
3 other computers tied to that subscription.
I also tried to add a new key to BD central that I have for AV 2015 and again it tells me i already have a subscription for an inferior or superior product.
what do I do?
