Bitdefender Is 2016 - Blue Screens On Windows 10

After the recent self-update of the program, my Samsung laptop is crashing with blue screen - message related to CPU malfunctions: whea_uncorrectable_error
All system drivers are regularly updated (there are no new drivers for my laptop on the Samsung drivers site).
Removal of the Bitdefender clears the error.
Any suggestions? Do not want to throw away the subscription.
