I've active subscription for BD antivirus plus 2013 with 419 days still left. I installed 2016 version, but my key didn't work with that. I tried migrating the key from AV Plus 2013 to AV Plus 2016 using the method mentioned on your support website, but it gave me error that my key cannot be migrated. I contacted the support through email ticket and sent them the screenshot of the error, but your guys sent me the standard reply of, asking me to send them screenshot (which i already did) and log file. I sent back the screenshot of error, but yet to hear back from your support guys.
