Unable To Install (win 10, Updated From Win 7)

So, i just bougth the 3 computer license, and i proceeded to install it on all my computers.


All the computers run windows 10, but they updated from different operating systems.


The first one originally had Windows 8, in this one it installed perfectly.


The problem is in the computers which updated from win7, they don't get past the ("unpacking installation files") screen, instantly after it, the installer crashes. I don't know where to find the installation logs, so please, tell me


Also, i had Mcafee previously, i am sure i uninstalled it properly, as i followed the same steps on the machine that installed successfully and on the ones that are refusing to install.


EDIT: I don't know if this matters, but the computer in which BD installed properly is connected to the internet via wi-fi.

  • Fixed it! I had to do the weirdest thing ever to make a installer program run, so better get your software engineers more coffee! ;)


    It apparently was some of the proccesses the installer runs, the one that downloads the installer, that one that pops-up for like half a second, (and sometimes stays), i just closed it, and it worked like a charm!


    Hope it helps some users having the same problem!


    Also, pretty good antivirus, just fix the installer issues!
