Bd Log In/on Prompt

I run W7 and FF42, and have installed Bdtp 2016. Regardless, whether I set BD to prompt me to log
in/on (1) using Bdw, or (2) going on the Internet, or (3) running an application, I am getting a splash
screen repeating at frequent intervals that is prompting me to use my master password and log in to
BD. Does this mean any and every time I run an application or Bdw, I am going to get a splash screen
prompt? How do I stop the splash screens?
