Activation Problem !

This is my first time TRYING to use Bitdefender and I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!
I have purchased the Bitdefender Internet Security 2016 for 3 PC-s and 2 years from HermanStreet.com.
I can not believe what I read on this forum that so many of us which bought Bitdefender licenses are in problems. And the worst thing is that the Bitdefender customer support doesn't care and doesn't answer our questions!!! THAT IS SO DISAPPOINTING FOR SUCH COMPANY!
My problem is also with the region lock and when I try to activate the software I get this message "This code is restricted in your region and can't be used to activate a subscription on your account."
HELLOOO BITDEFENDER SUPPORT, DEAL WITH THIS PROBLEM ASAP OR RETURN THE MONEY!!!!!
