Cannot Activate Bd For Android Samsung Tablet

Hi


I have now purchased a 'BD for android licence twice' for this device. i.e. $14.95 x 2 = $29.90


Bitdefender Central shows the device, but says that there are no active subscriptions for it - and that I need to purchase a subscription


(In spite of my already having purchased the licence twice).


The product was installed on the tablet, but sates that it requires an activation code to use it.


I do not have an activation Code.


I have tried to create a ticket in Bitdefender Supoort for this but have been unable to do so.


The web page to create the support ticket cycles around the same three screens but does not open for a new ticket to be entered.


If some one from BD is reading this, then please can you help ?
