If you see Bitdefender Agent, uninstall it there.

DOWNLOAD

BD Total Security 2016

and follow details to activate.

Hi,

Most of the time upgrading through Central via the pinned instructions at the top of this sub-forum works fine. You may need to use the above method where there are problems due to other versions leaving remnants behind and a clean start at downloading/installing is needed.
