Missing Activation Code

I bought (actually renewed) a pack of Bitdefender Internet Security 2016 for up to 10 PCs , 1 year. The email I received from Avantgate to acknowledge my purchase *did not* include an activation code.

I called them and the online service said it was resending the registration email. I still have not received it and cannot use the software.

I hope I don't encounter your problem, too. I'm too new to this. After using Bitdefender free edition I received a notice that the free edition was ending at the end of December 2021. I purchased a year of Bitdefender and the VPN but I keep getting notices that my "trial period" is coming to an end and they suggest buying one of the packages...which I already did! Are they this incompetent and should I look for another free virus protection and cancel this one?
