I use Windows 10 64 bit and Bidefender AV Plus 2016. During a systemscan Windows breaks down with a BSOD (reference_by_pointer) and restarts. I have no new hardware installed.

Please install all available Windows and Bitdefender updates first, then make sure to uninstall all other security solutions.
If the BSOD still occurs we need the most recent complete memory dump & a Bitdefender diagnostic log for further debugging.
