Invisible Trojan In Email
This has been going on for a few months now and BitDefender's staff (a single person btw) has not managed to address this issue.
The email is not showing in any of the trash folders on:
[li]Outlook 2010 via Windows 7;[/li]
[li]Nor on Mac OS X 10.7; [/li]
[li]Nor on the Exchange Server; [/li]
I've run a BDSYS Log, Scan Log, removed and reinstalled the software. The Technician really seems out of his depth and fumbled misdirected responses seem an attempt to brake my correspondence. The last correspondence was that I hadn't provided info (which was two screenshot videos) showing the emails were not there on the mentioned above.
Which that indicates to me that the Trojan is not there! Has anyone encountered this and if so what was their remedy?
It has to be a bug in the software.
