I have Bitdefender Internet Security 2016 installed in my PC and want to upgrade it ro Total Security. How can I do that? Should I pay the full price or half?

The IS license does not work on TS (obviously). I suggest you send Bitdefender and email and request the change, maybe buy a TS License and have the time you have left on IS (or part of it) added.
