Before I use Norton Security but now i want to Bitdenfender 2016. When i install Bitdenfender 2016 at a computer WINXP, my computer informed me to remove Norton before installing Bitdefender but I deleted norton. I have tried many ways (Revo Uninstall,Norton Removal Tool,...)

I think you might be out of luck with Bitdefender 2016. It no longer supports Windows XP or Vista. Trying to install it on those versions of Windows might result in some strange error messages ... ?

They do have a product for XP and Vista computers; see: http://www.bitdefender.com/solutions/secur...-and-vista.html

If the XP/Vista version will not install because it is complaining about Norton, you will have to research the issue online to determine the best approach. Bitdefender does have a list of FAQs on their website and there is lots of information in the Forums here.
