Cannot Detect Devices And Devices Always Idle

Hi,


Box firmware: 1.3.26.797


IOS App: 1.3.25


Android App: 1.3.25.26


I already did a reset and recovery but still the box cannot detect my devices. It only shows my previous devices but they are detected as idle. The wifi router is linksys E1200 with custom formware "DD-WRT v24-sp2 (03/25/13) mega".


The box is connected to the router with dhcp disabled.
