Unable To Login To Central Bdts 2016

Hi, guys.


I need some help. I am unable to activate my bitdefeneder total security 2016 as it seems that the bitdefender central app, appears to be blank.


When i try to login via mozilla and chrome, it works fine but unable to detect the application.


While in tried Internet Explorer, it appears to be blank.


Please advise what shall i do next? I am stucked.
