Error: Irql_gt_zero_at_system_service

Hi,

I have Bitdefender Total Security. But sometimes I get blue screen error "IRQL_GT_ZERO_AT_SYSTEM_SERVICE" <img class= " /> . Is there any solution?

Could we get a minidump or memory dump located in %systemroot%\minidump or %systemroot%?

There is nothing on minidump folder (I enabled showing hidden files too)
