Cannot Find Seccenter.exe (Internet Security 2016)

my pc is : win7 ult/4gbRAM/core2duo/32bit
installation was easy and nice but bitdefender do not response when i try to double click on taskber ! and saying cannot find seccenter.exe... i have install 2x but same result. then i did my bitdefender account and place activation code there.
plus its not updating 
please help me where to start
