Why Is Http://asr.dotua.org Being Blocked?

I've tried to contact Bitdefender support but they are simply IGNORING me.

Im using Bitdefender Total Security 2016 year subscription.

Why is http://asr.dotua.org being blocked? What is this website? Why is it harmful for me?

I just found that the website Im using (http://fs.to) is not working properly. After investigating I've found that it uses GET request from that http://asr.dotua.org web site which is BLOCKED by bitdefender. Due to this - website fs.to is not loaded correctly.

Could you please explain why was that asr.dotua.org blocked and why is it harmful for me?

Have you checked this recently as both sites load without problems for me and an analysis on VirusTotal shows it is not being detected as malicious by any antivirus programs.

The day after i wrote everything, had ignorance from the support (only automatic replies) and had that website blocked - after that day that website was unblocked and I had many meaningful replies from Bitdefender support team.

Therefore, I appreciate a lot for your help and assistance. I think I should've waited more for the reply that followed few days after.
