Not Receiving Install On Other Device Emails

Have Total Security 2016 installed, unlimited devices license.

Choosing the Install Bitdefender option in Bitdefender Central, then On another device, I am not receiving the emails.

I have tried numerous times and to different email addresses, also checking spam folders, but have yet to receive one after several hours.

I want to install on a couple of Android devices & another Windows laptop.

Is it normal for a long delay in getting these emails?
