I ordered Bitdefender Anti-Virus 2016 online and then got a email message telling me to go to a 3rd party site to download and activate. The site, Avengate, did not have any reasonable portal to navigate to find my product. Have you any suggestions or do I just cancel and get a refund.

    Hi...Did you open an Avangate account? You will need to do that to gain access to your download. While you're in there, be sure to uncheck the auto renewal box or you will be charged for a renewal when the time comes, even if you are not using the product anymore.
