False positive now removed from detection.
Re-download the file uninstallvulkanrt.exe with SHA256 - f979c553f1bcd2c8d8f3ef6fd1af66e334e0db93846576c15d7bb1a8ab2b3680
Re-scan with BD - Heuristics tweaked.
