2015 Total Internet Security Upgrade Offer

Hi I have been using bitdefender total security for many years now.

I got the upgrade offer that you guy's and girl's sent out (even though my bitdefender 2015 has still got 103 days left on its licence).

The problem is if I upgrade the software to 2016 I will lose my 103 days that I have got left, I mean don't get me wrong I'm not a tight , but it's 3 months !!!

I I'm registered with you on my old email account, but I purchased the 2016 under new email account.

basically I have made a bit of a mess of things .

can you help..... pls

    Hiya,

    Contact Bitdefender on email at bitsy@bitefender.com and ask their advice.

    I personally don't see there is a problem with using different email accounts as the important part is your license key. If you open Bitdefender Central with your current email and register your 2015 version there, when you add your new license key it will increase the number of days you have left.
