Bitdefender Turned Off And Won't Turn On

I have Bitdefender Antivirus 2016 and the last few days it's always turned off.

I try to turn it on either by Windows action center, or by Bitdefender settings and nothing happens

When i try to repair or reinstall it i get an error message "HTMLayout.dll is missing"

Does anyone know how to fix this??

It would seem that you have a damaged installation, please uninstall the product using the tool bellow to ensure all files are removed and afterwards reinstall it from Central thus ensuring a fresh install and the latest build
