Problem With Bitdefender Installation

Hi everyone,

After buying a new HD I've got some troubles reinstalling Bitdefender. After the package download, nothing happens. When I go check only bitdefender Agent is installed and when I try to reinstall it again it tells me there is already another instance something like that. I tried to uninstall everything with the bitdefender removing tool and repeat from the beginning, same thing.

I need your help please

Please let us know what operating system are you running on that machine, also if you used a clean Windows or did you deploy a image on the new hard-drive?

I normally installed Windows 7 64bits on it. I also installed norton antivirus but I removed it with the norton removing tool so I don't think that's the problem.

Hello,

Please open System by clicking on the start button and then right clicking Computer and selecting Proprieties and provide me with a screenshot of that Window.

Problem Solved. I went to the central.bitdefender.com and I clicked Install from there, dunno what's the difference but it worked anyway
