Support Ticket Not Solved For Days

Hi,


I've purchased a copy of BD2016 and can't install it. I've opened a ticket (2016060806060002) to have support and they asked me to do some things, wich I've done, but didn't have any news since then. I'm a quite disappointed with the service, and not being able to use my AV. And, on top of it, I'm quite sure the licence days are running out the same.


Please do something or I will ask for a refund.
