Renewed My Bts 2016

Hi,

I have just renewed my BTS for another 12 months to the new BTS 2016, but unfortunately have lost the last 33 days I still have on my existing BTS 2015 licence. Is there anyway of adding these owing days to my new subscription please? I still have my old licence key if needed.
